• High-quality production equipment

The first-line Mingsheng extruders are 3600T, 2500T, 1800T, 1450T, 1000T, 700T, 638T, etc. All are equipped with the corresponding model of Jinhan Guangdong-Haihang three-head tractor.
An Ambond automatic vertical spraying line (large workpiece size L7000 * 100 * 200, standard speed 4000mm/min) is equipped with 60 Swiss gold pistols of international brands.
The spraying powder is the tiger powder of the famous brands in Sichuan, such as Borrize, Mcvis and international high-end brands.
The raw material of aluminum rod is aluminum rod of China National Aluminum Corporation and Qinghai Xinhao A+aluminum rod.

• Perfection of detection equipment

The tensile testing machine, salt spray testing machine, direct-reading spectrometer, color difference meter, glossmeter, eddy current thickness gauge, Leeb hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester, paint film hardness tester, cupping tester, shear resistance tester and other inspection and testing equipment, protect the product quality.

• Diversification of production products

More than 100 series of more than 3000 products, including intelligent high-end equipment new materials, intelligent building profiles, curtain wall series decorative profiles, industrial profiles, etc., have 83 patents.

• Quality team

The company has eight departments: research and development, production, sales, customer service, procurement, quality management, administrative personnel, and finance. There are more than 600 employees with fixed positions and staffing, and about 45% of them have college or higher education background. Among them, there are more than 20 senior management personnel and more than 60 technical backbone personnel, accounting for 15% of the total number of the company.
