The production cycle of F state is very short: medium and thick plate slicing----sawing machine----polishing (or not polishing, according to customer requirements)----packaging, the whole process is arranged smoothly and can be shipped within 3 days, and the mechanical properties of F state No specifications, customers can heat-treat the F state according to their own needs, and produce it into the desired state for use. The corresponding price is also cheap.
　　The O state is a processed product of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet that has been fully annealed to obtain lower strength. It is suitable for thin plates of 6061 aluminum alloy below 8.0. Its production process: cold-rolled finished product thickness----stretch bending straightening cleaning----full annealing----flying shear sheet (or stretch bending straightened finished product)-- --A series of production such as packaging and warehousing, the production cycle is second only to the T6 state.
